Stickers:

• All stickers are not waterproof unless otherwise noted
• All sublimated stickers are water resistant
• Laminated stickers are water resistant
• Hand washing is advised for all water resistant stickers
• Stickers may fade from sun exposure!!

Clothing:

• Some clothing and sublimated items are made in house in Calgary, AB. These items will require a shipping fee.
• All clothing with shipping included is print on demand and will be made and shipped from a company in your country.
• Please only purchase designs available in your clothing category (Canada, USA or UK)
• If a design you like is not available in your category, please contact us and we'll add it to our catalogue!
• If you've purchased an item from outside your country, we may have to cancel your order and send you a refund.

Mugs:

• Mugs seen in person can be purchased online and picked up locally.
• Print on demand mugs will have shipping included in the price - please only place an order from your countries catalogue!

Stooby Studio offers custom services for:

We are able to sublimate on mugs and gaming mats at this time.

Custom orders (stickers, mugs, logos, playmats, tshirts, etc.) can be done with your artwork, or you can commission us to design something for you for an additional fee.

Stickers are charged by the page, there is a one time set up fee, and all additional pages will be at a discounted rate.

Stickers can be: matte, glossy, sublimated(water resistant), holographic, and laminated.

When will my order ship?

All of our orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Any processing/Shipping delays will be announced if high volumes of orders are causing delays.

If your item is made to order it may take up to 5 business days for your order to ship.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Please note that "Snail Mail" shipping is for stickers only (you may ship 1 magnet with this shipping option) and means that your order will be shipped in an envelope, with a stamp. We cannot guarantee any shipping times (even for tracked).

Canada Post - Tracked orders may be shipped via Xpresspost, or by flat rate box, depending on the shipping destination. We cannot guarantee shipping times.

USA - Tracked orders will be shipped via USPS.

International - Tracked orders will be shipped via Fedex FIMs. Please note there is a website for tracking these orders: http://mailviewrecipient.fedex.com

We offer worldwide shipping.

All of our sticker papers are waterproof, both vinyl and poly. (our poly products are also UV resistant!) However, inkjet printer ink is not waterproof. If you intend to place these stickers outside or on items that may get wet, we recommend you purchase laminated or sublimated stickers!
